In Sofia (Bulgaria), the individual matches of the World Cadet Judo Championships were completed. Today’s contests also turned out to be successful for the national team of Uzbekistan.

In the weight category over 70 kg among girls, Umida Nigmatova defeated all her rivals and was awarded the gold medal.

Thus, our judokas, who won 5 gold and 2 bronze medals at the championships, took first place in the overall team standings.
