Hikmatilloh Turaev successfully held the first fight at the Tokyo Olympics
Uzbek judoists began to achieve success at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Today, our representative Hikmatillokh Turaev, who competed in the weight category -73 kg, won the first stage.
Our judoka decided the fight with Igor Vandtke from Germany in his favor. With this victory, he gave confidence to the Uzbek fans. It should be noted that a much more serious opponent is waiting for Turaev in the second stage. To reach the quarterfinals, he must overcome Ana Changrim from South Korea.
