International Archery Seminar Concludes in Tashkent

An international archery seminar has successfully concluded at the Republican Training Center for Olympic and Paralympic Sports in Tashkent. Organized under the Olympic Solidarity program, the seminar featured Ukrainian expert Viktoriya Koval, who was sent by World Archery to share her expertise with 27 local coaches from across Uzbekistan.

Over the course of several days, Viktoriya Koval provided in-depth insights into modern training methods, technical and tactical strategies, and international-level athlete preparation. Coaches representing various regions of Uzbekistan actively participated in the sessions.

At the conclusion of the seminar, all participants were awarded official certificates issued through the Olympic Solidarity program and World Archery. The closing ceremony was attended by Mamirjon Ganiev — Head of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and First Vice President of the Uzbekistan Archery Federation — as well as officials from the Republican Training Center and the National Olympic Committee.

In recognition of her contribution, Viktoriya Koval was presented with the National Guard’s honorary badge “For International Cooperation” by Mamirjon Ganiev.

This seminar was held as part of the International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Solidarity initiative, in collaboration with World Archery, the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, and the Uzbekistan Archery Federation.
