Olympic champion and medalist Akbar Juraev once again demonstrated his mastery by delivering the highest results across all disciplines — 183 kg in the snatch, 223 kg in the clean & jerk, and a total of 406 kg — earning three gold medals.
Another Uzbek athlete in the same weight class, Sharofiddin Amriddinov, posted strong numbers behind Juraev — 181 kg, 214 kg, and a total of 395 kg — and was awarded three silver medals.
With this success, Uzbekistan’s medal tally now stands at 3 gold, 3 silver, and 5 bronze medals, placing the team in third position overall in the medal standings.
