The visit of the OCA delegation to Uzbekistan was successful
As we reported earlier, a delegation of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) visited our capital in order to familiarize itself with the preparations for the Asian Youth and Para-Asian Games Tashkent-2025. In accordance with the program, the guests met with the leadership of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees, representatives of the working group and discussed a number of issues. They inspected the facilities under construction in the Olympic Village and got directly acquainted with the construction process.
Foreign experts visited a number of sites where future Games will be held. In particular, they visited the “Bunyodkor” capital stadium, “Yunusabad” sports complex and the “UzExpo” Center.
At the end of the working visit of the delegation, the international experts were once again received by the Minister of Sports, Adham Ikramov. Secretary General of NOC Uzbekistan, Oybek Kasimov, also took part in the meeting. During it, the guests made a small presentation on the organization of the workflow during future Games. During the conversation, the work on the implementation of further plans was reviewed.
