The gathering of our weightlifters continues in Vladivostok
As we previously reported, the Uzbek national weightlifting team is currently in Vladivostok (Russia) and is holding a training camp. Weightlifters continue to train according to the plan of the coaching staff.
The TCB in Vladivostok will last until May 23. Currently, athletes are working to improve their physical fitness. It should be noted that Vladivostok has the same climate as Tokyo and is located in the same time zone with this city. Of course, this will be useful during the adaptation period before the start of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. 10 athletes, 2 coaches and 1 massage therapist were involved in the collection.
