National Olympic committee of Uzbekistan consists of:
- NOC Uzbekistan President and Secretary General
- IOC members, dwelling in the Republic of Uzbekistan
- National Sport Federations – members of International Federations of those sports included in the programme of Olympic games or their representatives, which should compile the voting majority OF NOC and its Executive Board. NOC cannot recognize more than one National Federation on each sport, managing by such an International Federation
- Non-Olympic and national sports Federations Representatives
- Representatives of sport organizations of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent, elected in democratic way on common meetings of sport
- Representatives of state bodies, managing physical culture and sports, volunteer sport organizations
- Representatives of Olympians of past or coming Olympic games (however , the ones are to be excepted from the number of elected to the end of the third Olympiad after last Olympic games, in those they participated)
- President of National Olympic Academy
- Representatives of Sport journalists federation
- Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, promoting successful activity or making significant contribution to the development of the Olympic movement (outstanding statesmen of culture, science, public statesmen)
- Honor members of NOC Uzbekistan
- Representatives of NOC partners and sponsors
